Order Cancellation Policy
Orders placed with Usboxprinting.com move through the following stages.
Stage 1- Order is received and confirmation is sent to the client
Stage 2- Design setup done and job sent for Pre-press
Stage 3- Order is in the middle of production process
Stage 4- Order Produced and is ready for shipping
If the Customer requests to cancel the order at stage 1, No cancellation charges will be charged. If the customer wants to cancel the order when it is in 2nd stage, 20% of the total order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee to cover design and pre-press charges. In case the client wants to cancel the Order when it is in 3rd Stage, 60% of the total order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee to cover production charges. An order cannot be canceled in stage 4.
Returns & Cancellations
To cancel an order, Buyer should email info@jarcans.com immediately. On orders that are for standard, stock non-custom Products, if the cancellation is received prior to shipping the order then Buyer may receive a refund for the full cost of the order minus a 10% restocking fee.
Buyer shall inspect all Products within fifteen (15) days after receipt by Buyer. All claims for shortages, defects, or other non-conformities shall be made in writing to info@jarcans.com by Buyer within fifteen (15) days after receipt by Buyer. Failure to notify Seller in writing of any claim within such fifteen (15) day period shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the Products and an admission by Buyer that such Products comply fully with all terms, conditions, and specifications of the corresponding order. Products shall be deemed acceptable if they conform in all material respects to samples accepted (or deemed accepted) by Buyer without regard to whether such sample varies from any applicable specifications. In all cases, shipping charges will not be refunded, and Buyer must pay any shipping charges associated with returning shipped Products to Seller.
Deadlines & Delayed Orders
jarcans.com in no way is responsible for the damages that may occur due to the delayed delivery of the orders. We will try our best to meet customer timelines but in case of delay in the delivery of the order. If your orders are very time-sensitive, we will NOT guarantee 100% timely delivery as orders can be delayed due to any reason during the production of the shipping process.
